It's ANOTHER Great Day for Keller Williams Los Feliz. We now have a Toastmasters International club officially in formation and it will apply for its charter as soon as 20 people have joined. Our new Toastmasters club now has 16 members. Only four more needed. If you want to go down in history forever as a Charter Member, contact Michelle Williams, or Kenya Reeves-Costa. They will provide the details. Membership dues are very reasonable.

The club's initial 16 members adopted the Toastmasters Constitution, and created its By-Laws on Thursday. Its official name is Los Feliz Toastmasters, with Keller Williams Los Feliz as sponsor and our own agents Lance Webster and Kenya Reeves-Costa as founders. The club meetings will be held in the team room on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays, 5:30-7:30pm. Membership is not limited to Keller Williams people. Others may join. OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

After 5 years on Hollywood Blvd, Keller Williams Los Feliz has grown to be the largest local real estate company. "We have been consistently growing since we've opened our doors and have out grown our old space. While other offices are downsizing in this market, I'm proud to say we are still growing" says Anthony Vulin, Team Leader and Broker. The new office is located at 1660 Hillhurst, just south of Prospect. With the open floor plan, and sleek modern look, it makes a great place to work. "My favorite area of our office is our spacious outdoor upper promenade with seating for over 20 agents and clients, with views of downtown, and the observatory" says Anthony Vulin. Keller Williams Los Feliz is planning a Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday June 27th from 7-10 PM The celebration will begin with a ribbon cutting ceremony by councilman Tom LaBonge. There will be a live DJ, silent auction, and art opening with wine and refreshments, all happening on the night of the 27th.

I stopped by 1660 Hillhurst today to show office space to a top agent in town who may be joining Keller Williams Los Feliz. Very Exciting! The office is coming along right on track. The contractor says by May 1st the office will be ready to move in!

After showing the space I enjoyed a great fish taco for $1.50 and a shrimp taco for only $2.00! YUM! Walls are up! Offices are going quick!

It amazes me how quick walls can go up! I was visiting Sydney Australia last week, and before I left, I took a look at our new space. There was nothing but a shell of a building. I come back a week later and all the walls are up! Our training room is bigger then our last space and can now sit 75 agents, our tech room looks great, and the offices are perfect sizes!

Most of the offices are already reserved by agents but a few prime offices remain...

We expect to be ready to move in the begining of May.
