2009 was KW Los Feliz best year yet!  We profit shared more then we ever have, we closed more units and volume then all the other local offices and our agents recieved more regional awards then any other office!

California Association of Realtors Cheif Economist, Leslie Appleton Young to Speak at the Vista Theater in Los Feliz

On Friday April 23rd at 11am, Leslie Appleton Young will be speaking at the famous Vista Theater in Los Feliz on the current and future state of the real estate market.  She will be discussing local trends in Los Angeles as well as trends in the State of California.  She is a dynamic speaker and this promises to be an event you do not want to miss.  This event is sponsored by KW Los Feliz.

After the lecture, walk up the block to Keller Williams Los Feliz, where we will be hosting a catered lunch FREE to all Realtors!

Happy March! I can't believe it but the end of the first quarter of the year is approaching!

Agents: are you on track to hit your goals?  If not, I strongly encourage you to join my weekly coaching sessions on Monday afternoon or Pinky's new agent session before the team meeting! All are welcome! You don't want to miss Peter Lorimer's class, "Secrets of a # 1 Agent". March 18th from 4:00-5:00pm, learn the systems and tools he uses to stay on track! Need to brush up on your buyer and seller scripts, but need a little courage to practice? Join Kenya March 25th from 4:30-6:00pm and have a glass of wine and practice your scripts!  One of KW's big initiatives this year is to go paperless! What can you do in your business to go paperless? One thing that will help is to join Docu-sign. I am hosting a panel at our team meeting on March 8th at 11:30am. Don't miss it! At our March 22 team meeting, our attorneys Bartch and Webb will be reviewing the new Residential Purchase agreement that takes effect April 1 2010.
