Organizes Floor Times, Group Caravan and Open House Sitters






Steve Senigram~ Assistant Team Leader~

In charge of Contract Questions and Conflicts

Handles all contract questions

Helps to stratagize deal related issues

Handles all conflicts between agents or clients






Bob Zay and Michael Maloney~ Productivity Coaches~

In charge of increasing the productivity of uncapped agents

Each Coach creates their own coaching program

Each Coach holds weekly accountability sessions

Each Coach helps agents with lead generation, marketing and listings appointment strategies

In charge of publicizing all the kw Los Feliz events and successes



As our office continues to grow in agent count and productivity, the roles of our leadership team will continue to grow and change. As Team Leader, I will be focusing more on The ALC, Coaching Capped Agents, My Leadership Team and Staff, Recruiting, and Creating Joy in our office.
